This web site responded the need for a regional online classifieds Panama real estate and Costa Rica Real Estate portal.
It is dynamic enough to allow users to easily publish ads on their own and have it, instantly be available for a wide range of Internet searchers.
This first project was introduced to the Panamanian market in October 2005 with the campaign, Yo encuentro (which translates to I Find).
Engineered to seed the concept of finding 24 hours a day, an unlimited resource
of properties & products for sale or rent, private services, job listings and
their respective contacts.

Strategy
We chose to
promote encuentra24.com throughout
the Internet on many of the popular
Search Engines, related web sites,
and local radio, television, printed
flyers, instructive brochures,
public relational meetings, etc.
